Amazon購物後續-1

寫了一封抱怨信給Amazon,要求他對在他網上賣東西的第三者負責,
他說沒有辦法必須要等到預計抵達日之後三天才可以退我錢,
並建議我繼續和賣方聯絡,
只是賣方一直不理我....
以下是他的回信

On researching your account details I've noticed that your payment method was charged for this order on April 1, 2009 in the amount of $xxx and the same amount was processed to seller in order to ship this item to you.
When a seller receives payment, they're required to ship the order (or to refund, in those rare cases where the item is no longer available).
Please note that, when you buy from an Amazon Marketplace or Merchant seller, it's important to note that your order is not being fulfilled nor shipped directly by Amazon.com.
Because this order is being shipped by a seller within our Marketplace section of the website, we're unable to provide you with any details about the shipping status of your order.

Comments:I am so disappointed with the experience buying ipod touch 2 on amazon website. As my order records, I order the product for THREE times, none of them satisfied me. first order, the seller cancel my order without any reson; the second has flaws, and I have to do the return with UPS; then the third one, the seller did not ship the item until now and not response to my email. These three process took me so much time and efforts. And your customer service told me, "Amazon did not involve, you can only contact the seller to solve your question!" But I paid through Amazon website on April 1. I hope you can help me to track my product or I will put this unpleasant shopping experience on my BLOG to tell my friends not to shop in your website!
